Indonesian citizen (46 years old), obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2004, and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, University of Indonesia in 2001. He was appointed as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee based on the Decree of the Company's Board of Commissioners No. 238/LGC-LTR/TCP-OJK/VII/2023 dated July 7, 2023.

He has work experience with various positions in several companies, including as Senior Development Staff / Researcher at the Pranata Pembangunan Research Center, University of Indonesia (2002 - 2004), Senior HRD Staff of PT Mekar Prana Indah - Jakarta (2004 - 2006), Assistant HRD Manager of PT Prima Hidup Lestari - Jakarta (March - May 2006), Senior HR Consultant of PT AFFIX Consulting (2006 - 2010) - Jakarta, Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Perum Perhutani - Jakarta (2010 - 2011), Nomination, Remuneration and Human Resources Development Committee of PT.
