Indonesian citizen, 52 years old. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lampung and a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Indonesia.

He was appointed as the Company's Director pursuant to Deed No. 10 dated June 20, 2025.

Prior serving as Director, he gained experience as an Associate Consultant at PT Binajasa Sumber Sarana (1997–1999), Associate Lawyer at Maraja & Partners (1999–2001), Legal Supervisor, and subsequently served as Legal Manager at PT Kaltim Parna Industri (2001–2013), Contract & Legal Manager, and subsequently served as Director and Corporate Secretary at PT Indo Straits Tbk (2013–2017), and General Manager Legal & Corporate Secretary at PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (2018–2025).
